*Emergency service can only guarantee AES response.  It cannot guarantee repair or part replacement.  Every effort will be made to facilitate completion of service but it cannot be guaranteed in the same-day response.

  • In-shop services cannot be provided on site. 

  • There are no restrictions regarding the number of times each service may be used.

  • Service usage is restricted only by the number of points purchased.

  • Each service is rated by points.  The rating per service is deducted from the total provided in the book to determine the remaining uses.
